This is a hotel go-to for Chicopee! The venue is lovely. Great staff that understands customer service. Great and incredible location convenient to bypassing Springfield if downtown isn't necessary, you can walk everywhere. It's nestled in a nice building adjacent to numerous stores and restaurants, a Starbucks, and close to a supermarket and a shopping center.

The location here is fantastic and very pretty, especially if you want to avoid downtown Springfield. There are restaurants nearby and a supermarket close by, which is super convenient. The room we stayed in was amazing, with a wonderful jacuzzi to relax in after a long day. 🛁

The hotel is in a fantastic location in a busy commercial area. The complimentary breakfast is delicious and the queen room is wonderful. The beds are soft and comfortable, and having a writing desk and coffee in the room is a nice touch.

The room was impressive and fabulous with a jacuzzi. The setting was beautiful, near restaurants, local shopping, and fields. We dined at Friendly's, which is just 800 feet away.

I thoroughly enjoyed the hotel. The breakfast was warm with hot food. The staff was efficient. The location of the property was fantastic, next to a store called the Big Y that had all the basics you need.

We arrived a day later than scheduled, my fault I am sure. None the less we were there the next night and forced to pay that night and the night before which was the date of arrival they had listed. I take blame for the mistake but would have thought they would just correct the info and not charge us for both nights? They simply told me it was policy, they told the booking agent the hotel was booked solid the night we were due to show. It was the middle of the week? Don't think so. I guess meaning they would lose money. Their pr is horrible. We won't stay with that chain again, and we travel a lot!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was updated and spotlessly clean. The staff was extremely friendly and well-trained. The complimentary buffet breakfast was above average, with friendly service and a great variety of fresh food. The indoor pool was very modern and had a fantastic ambience. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The customer service was outstanding, they were friendly and helpful. There was an Ice Storm the night we stayed, the hotel employee came over and assisted me with scraping off my car!!!
